I had Komodo on my radar for a while, ethical fashion is a passion of mine… so when I wanted to surprise my partner with some goodies for his birthday - and a couple pieces for my own wardrobe refresh - I had a browse and found lots of gorgeous designs. My order came promptly and the pieces were even more gorgeous in real life, and in the sale the value is amazing. We had an issue with one piece coming in the wrong size, but it was easy to return, they kindly refunded the postage cost to return it, and the new corrected-size garment came very quickly, all handled really kindly and politely by the customer service team, a breeze to deal with. Very happy, and not put off by the small human error of sizing, especially as handled so well, and will be buying with Komodo again when we’re due a little shop. Thanks everyone at Komodo.

The customer service was also fab, quick contact to let me know that one item I ordered was out of stock and they were able to send an alternate size without issue (and that size fitted better!), and when I came to exchange the other item, the exchange was super quick and easy.

This year I discovered Komodo clothes, and I am very surprised, in the best way, to find organic materials, sustainable products, enjoyable textures and cuts, and beautiful, vibrant colours. It is a joy to receive Komodo products. They are a bit out of my ordinary budget, but it is worth it.

Love this top! Again, i think a size down from my normal might fit me a little better, will give that a whirl next time.

Good quality and a excellent fit

Two new jumpers - one cotton, great for cool summer mornings and one wool which no doubt I will also need. Komodo's ethical criteria is part of why I buy but the designs draw me into the actual purchase!

The sustainable sunglasses available are a great range with some of the nicest I could find - and weren't several hundreds of £!
The shopping process was smooth and delivery quick, with good updates.

Really pleased with the quality of the fabric and the fit. Nice little touches too like stitching on side slits and tag on collar to button it up.
