All orders are sent using signed, trackable services via Royal Mail or UPS (depending on size & weight of the package). If there is no-one at the address to sign for the delivery either redelivery will be attempted by the courrier or a card will be left with details on how to rearrange delivery or where your package is being held for collection.

Our business hours are 10am-6pm Monday to Friday. All orders are processed up to noon every day. Orders received after this time will be sent out on the next working day (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays will be shipped on the next working day (Monday to Friday).

You are liable to pay any return cost for unwanted items. Komodo will only cover return expenses if you have received a faulty or wrong item.
